Multi-starred chef Alain Ducasse has been awarded a third star for his &#8220;vegetables-cereals-fish&#8221; culinary concept, launched in 2014 at the Plaza Ath\u00e9n\u00e9e in Paris. It was a daring gamble,&#8221; commented Michelin Guide director Michael Ellis, &#8220;and one that has clearly paid off.
