The two-storey passageways are reminiscent of a transatlantic liner bound for America, and the ballet of waiters is watched from the rail. <\/h5>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h5>For a budget of around 35 to 60 euros, chef Alban Drevet and second-in-command Dorian Ibanez offer a choice of six starters, six main courses and six desserts, all of which vary each week according to what&#8217;s available, the season and the inspiration of the moment.
