Light is essential to life, and it’s what keeps us in good spirits and boosts our energy levels. That’s why, in winter, cockroaches are much more common than in summer.<\/p>\n

I’ve been testing the Luminettes for a month and the results are impressive. The Luminettes are simply worn like conventional glasses, and at the touch of a button they emit a light that can be adjusted to suit the desired effect (intense or dimmer light). The light produced by the Luminettes is not at all annoying; on the contrary, it helps you wake up gently (you can do everything you normally do while wearing the Luminettes). For a month I read a comic book every morning, which took me about 15 to 25 minutes while wearing the Luminettes. I noticed after about 5 days that it was less difficult for me to get up in the morning, and waking up became almost pleasant thanks to the Luminettes. So for anyone who’s not a morning person, it’s great! I’m now in a better mood to start the day and that really changes everything. I’ve clearly gained in vitality and I’m more productive.
