Full of mischief and creativity, the talented young Pastry Chef has imagined a collection of majestic sculpture-eggs in dark Tanzanian chocolate: blossoming spring, summer coconut, golden autumn and frosty winter. Each egg is set on a smooth, leathery, velvety or ribbed chocolate base in the shape of an unstructured cube – the pastry chef’s graphic signature, inspired by the geometric shapes found in the hotel’s architecture and decor. <\/p>\n
