Chocolatier Christian Constant (not to be confused with his namesake, a member of the jury on the TV show “Top Chef”) offers original Easter collections every year.<\/p>\n

In 2009, to celebrate the opening of a boutique in Japan, the chocolatier created a collection of manga-style Easter eggs. In 2010, it paid tribute to the film Avatar with a large series of images, reproduced in relief, inspired mainly by James Cameron’s film. <\/p>\n

This year, the “chocolate composer” honors our happy ancestors the Gauls. The characters, taken from the famous comic strip, are made from Criollo cocoa, a specific blend from Guanaja (Honduras), the rarest and most sought-after of all cocoa varieties. Passionate about the quality of his products, Christian Constant personally selects his chocolate beans from the best plantations he has visited around the world. <\/p>\n

These delicious, hand-crafted sculptures are available from our boutique in the 6th<\/sup> arrondissement of Paris.<\/p>\n
