To accompany the daily lives of its guests, the H\u00f4tel Bourg Tibourg broadcasts a continuous playlist, playing track after track for nine hours, a rich sonic identity that contributes to the unique ambience of the hotel. The forthcoming compilation is an anthology of this famous soundtrack, from which the best tracks have been meticulously extracted to create a prestigious vinyl.

\nGuillaume Sorge, a master of the genre, made the selection. After co-founding the Dirty label (Perez, Tristesse Contemporaine, Discodeine…), he went on to multiply his collaborations in the fashion industry (sound design for Lanvin, Guerlain, Givenchy…) and with renowned houses (Alain Ducasse, Veuve Cliquot, Cartier…). His insatiable curiosity and boundless knowledge of sound nuggets and forgotten songs have earned him a reputation as a true “gold digger”. It’s a talent that obviously appealed to H\u00f4tel Bourg Tibourg, who invited him to collaborate on this prestigious project. <\/p>\n

The only one of its kind, this deluxe vinyl box set (only 1000 copies available) mixes cult tracks with contemporary compositions, offering listeners a veritable sonic voyage. Here and there, sound extracts from a 1970s vampire film with a Lynchian atmosphere lend a cinematographic dimension to the whole, creating troubling synesthesia along the way… Not just music, then, but a host of influences and borrowings from other artistic fields, a call for fine discoveries. <\/p>\n

This epic tale also tells of the aura of the baroque H\u00f4tel Bourg Tibourg, a veritable jewel nestled in the heart of the Marais district. In a warm and personal way, it reveals the strong identity of the premises, signed by designer Jacques Garcia (Ladur\u00e9e, L’Esplanade, Ch\u00e2teau du Champ de Bataille). <\/p>\n
