Created in 1923 to promote technical progress and encourage the development of the automobile, the 24 Hours of Le Mans is the oldest and most prestigious of endurance car races. The principle is simple: crews of two drivers per car take turns racing day and night for 24 hours. For the 3rd year running, Alain Figaret is the official dresser for this legendary race, as well as for Le Mans Classic, a race for classic cars that competed in the event from 1923 to 1979. <\/p>\n

A chance for us to discover first-hand what makes this unique race so special. This year, it was once again the Audis who won. Since their formation at Audi in 2010, the Marcel F\u00e4ssler-Andr\u00e9 Lotterer-Beno\u00eet Tr\u00e9luyer trio has built up an outstanding record of achievements, with a World Championship title and three successes at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 2011, 2012 and 2014. <\/p>\n
