We recently had the opportunity to discover a luxury family business as we like it. Fifth generation Maximilian Hemmerle, co-founder and director of REN\u00c9SIM, continues a 175-year family tradition in jewelry. His grandfather Ren\u00e9 Sim Lacaze was one of the most renowned jewelry designers of the 20th century. He created jewelry for houses such as Cartier and clients including Marlene Dietrich and the Duchess of Windsor. Today, Maximilian Hemmerle creates exclusive jewelry for REN\u00c9SIM with his father Franz, who co-owned the Hemmerle jewelry store in Munich’s Maximilianstrasse for 33 years, with the same attention to detail and quality and a team of 25 passionate employees. <\/p>\n
