With her A\/W 14.15 collection, Ken Okada ventures a little further into poetry. Taking advantage of the Parisian climate, she plays with rain, establishing it as a game, a theme. <\/p>\n

The elegance is perceptible, delicate. There’s no denying the designer’s ability to oscillate between purity and childlike playfulness. The femininity evoked here seems like an acid candy. Piece by piece, she reveals her facets. Without any preciosity, the refined being shines through. <\/p>\n

The collection is an array of cuts and materials. The designer’s signature shirts are always available in a variety of ways. <\/p>\n

Playfully revealing the body, they are characterized by singular, subtle cut-outs. Skirts, extrapolations of a straight skirt, venture into draping and pleats. <\/p>\n
