With this new structure Wacoal will enhance the Group&#8217;s brand in Europe and create a second pillar of development in the Western Hemisphere, complementing Wacoal America. <\/p>\n<p>The international segment of Wacoal Holdings Corp. includes local subsidiaries in 22 countries and regions. At present, business is based on 4 key zones: America, Europe, Asia and China.  <\/p>\n<p>Wacoal acquired Eveden Group Limited in April 2012, making it a Group subsidiary and focusing all its attention on Europe, with the aim of expanding and organizing a highly promising business. The Eveden Group had established a solid sales infrastructure and brand awareness primarily in the European market, as well as in North America and Australia.
