Completely invisible, its components in no way alter the touch, sound or external appearance of the instrument. Thanks to its modular design, the Spirio isolates the playing system from the user interface, guaranteeing decades of use. With regular maintenance and occasional updates, the Spirio playing system should have the same lifespan as a traditional Steinway piano.   <\/p>\n<p>To use the system, Steinway &amp; Sons provides a free iPad wirelessly connected to the Spirio. User-friendly and intuitive, the Steinway Spirio app provides easy access to the finest works of your choice, previously recorded on Steinway &amp; Sons pianos by Steinway artists. As time goes by, new musical works will be recorded in the studio by Steinway artists and automatically added to the iPad app, ready to be listened to. Playlists, soundtracks and genres selected by Steinway &amp; Sons draw on the musical expertise for which the brand is renowned, to provide the right soundscape for every occasion. The built-in volume control allows you to fine-tune the intensity of the piano&#8217;s playing, providing both a concert experience and a softer, more subdued performance. Spirio can be fitted to three existing piano models: the B model (Music Room Grand), the M model (Medium Grand, available in some North American markets), and the O model (Living Room Grand, available in some European and Asian markets).
