The base notes are powerful. The attraction of rich, textured notes of “black” woods, patchouli and incense is prolonged by the exquisite, suave softness of tonka bean. <\/p>\n

For Dominique Ropion and Loc Dong, the two perfumers, Nuit d’Issey is designed around a leather backbone surrounded by woods and spices. Their composition is based on the idea of “bringing light into the night”. <\/p>\n

The strength of the woods and the power of the sensual leathery notes underline the deliberately masculine character of Nuit d’Issey: a leathery, woody, spicy fragrance.<\/p>\n

For the launch of its new fragrance for men, Issey Miyake, in collaboration with director Ryan Hopkinson, transports us to the heart of a mysterious night. At the heart of an exaggerated landscape, where the glow of the moon underlines the relief of a graphic and majestic nature. <\/p>\n

A journey of initiation under the benevolent shadow of the moon, which serves as a guide for the man who walks alone, taking on the strength of the nocturnal elements to draw new energy from them.<\/p>\n

A classic Issey Miyake masculine, the bottle is dressed in black to celebrate the night. Working between light and shadow, the glass goes from a smoky gradation to a striated black, an abstract monochrome worked into the material. The black of the glass reveals the reflection of the moon and its halo of light on the surface of the water. Opaque and deep black, the cap plays with matte finish, elegantly placed on the bottle. <\/p>\n

A nocturnal reverie. The case repeats the opposition, the variation on the two blacks that cover the bottle, separated by a symbolic horizon line. <\/p>\n
