We were able to try out this restaurant a short while ago and fell under the spell of chef Philip Chronopoulos&#8217; cuisine.<\/p>\n<p>Philip Chronopoulos, a young, dynamic and passionate Greek chef, stands out for his successful experiences at l&#8217;Arp\u00e8ge and l&#8217;Atelier Robuchon \u00c9toile (2 Michelin stars), where he worked for 4 years.<\/p>\n<p>Refined, perfectly-balanced dishes draw on the best of French cuisine as well as Mediterranean gastronomy, in keeping with the chef&#8217;s origins. You&#8217;ll also be seduced by the restaurant&#8217;s charming, discreet design. <\/p>\n<p>By working on flavors, textures and fragrances, the chef sublimates products, revealing their quality while respecting them, with the aim of offering real moments of emotion and pleasure.<br \/>\nHe imagines broths, sauces and stocks to accompany each of his dishes.
