However, he is now embarking on the Ap\u00e9Rock adventure with his son, in a cooler, more offbeat atmosphere.  <\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;Ap\u00e9Rock revisits the American burger with a French twist, and you can also enjoy a &#8220;charawlais&#8221; or a &#8220;rocksteak&#8221; with a homemade sauce. A little originality: the names of the burgers refer to albums or songs.
