LE BRUT GREMILLET, UNE CUV\u00c9E DE F\u00caTE<\/em>
\nThe nose is smiling thanks to a lively alliance of floral and fruity notes with a gourmet accent.
\nAcacia, hawthorn, peach, pear and apricot. On the palate, freshness reveals a fine balance between acidity and ripeness. The fruitiness is echoed on the nose, enhanced by fine toasty and spicy notes. A champagne for pleasure, inviting conviviality and celebration. <\/p>\n

OENOLOGY<\/em>
\n70% pinot noir, 30% chardonnay.
\nAlcoholic fermentation at 16\u00b0.
\nAged for a minimum of 22 months (AOC regulations require 15 months). In-house dosage liqueur, using wines from finished bottles. <\/p>\n
