The six chocolate-covered spheres contain a citrus and coffee mousse created in cooperation with Bordeaux roaster &#8220;L&#8217;Alchimiste &#8220;*. The coffee selected is Kenyan, grown at an altitude of 1685m in the Mount Kenya region. The roast has been specially adapted for this project: it is lighter and faster, to accentuate the fruity, floral character of this coffee, while at the same time presenting a beautiful acidity.
