With Blanc de Noirs, Champagne COLLET unveils a new signature, advocating high standards and excellence at every stage of the winemaking process. A Premier Cru Champagne made exclusively from Pinot Noir (85%) and Meunier (15%) grapes from 10 villages, this Blanc de Noirs combines power and tenderness, with roundness and elegance.  <\/h5>\n<h5>\nIts fine bubbles dance in a golden-yellow robe with silver highlights. On the nose, yellow &amp; white fruits dominate: reinette apple, peach, clementine, mango and passion fruit. Airy, the cuv\u00e9e reveals spicier notes tending towards star anise and tea infusion. On the palate, a clean, fresh approach develops, with crisp, fleshy fruit supported by lemony acidity and granny notes. The careful dosage delivers a slender finish, enhanced by mentholated aromas and pulpy white fruit.
