This year, the palace&#8217;s terrace offers a trendy new feature: a 100% plant-based menu by Chef Christophe Moret. <\/h6>\n<p>After a visit to the Palais de Tokyo or an outing to the Mus\u00e9e Galliera, head to Shangri-la for a healthy, ultra-tasty lunch.
