The place is well worth a visit. <\/h5>\n<h5>In the kitchen, Guy Savoy and St\u00e9phane Perraud have designed a menu that is both academic and innovative. &#8220;Together with Guy Savoy, we redesigned the entire menu, taking care to retain the Bouquinistes signature that has made the Maison such a success since 1994,&#8221; explains St\u00e9phane Perraud.<br \/>\nThe restaurant&#8217;s architecture, designed by Jean-Michel Wilmotte, now features a fresco by Fabrice Hyber, specially created for the restaurant. As far as the menu is concerned, mackerel in muscadet, thyme-lemon sorbet, swimming in vinaigrette now rubs shoulders with suckling pig confit, lentils simmered in its own juice.
