Over the past few months, the Champs-Elys\u00e9es institution has revamped its menu, and it’s been (very) successful!<\/h5>\n
Pierre Gagnaire’s twisted menu made its debut at Fouquet’s Paris last autumn. The evolution of Fouquet’s culinary offering is not revolutionary, but continues to reflect the principles cherished by the famous Parisian brasserie, while adding Chef Pierre Gagnaire’s own unique touch of creativity. <\/h5>\n
Three-starred chef Pierre Gagnaire offers a unique and surprising menu. A menu that respects both local produce and well-being. A new cuisine that glorifies the product and the simplicity of a French dish. 32 dishes have been revisited. <\/h5>\n
There’s a lovely atmosphere in the room, and it has a lot of character. You’ll find golden plaques that read: “table pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e de…” (favorite table of…). Everything from the 7th art to the Music Hall is present. To come to Fouquet’s is to take a deep breath of mythical, eternal Paris. <\/h5>\n

The menu includes the legendary Merlan Colbert, and a filet of Simmenthal beef with pepper flamb\u00e9ed with cognac and Champs-Elys\u00e9es sauce. On the sweet side, orange blossom panna cotta, fine apple tart and old rum parfait glac\u00e9 round off the meal. As for service, it’s always gracious! <\/h5>\n
