\nIn creating 1703 Old Cask Selection, Allen Smith selected the finest rums from Mount Gay’s oldest reserves. Forty-four blends were necessary to achieve the subtle end result, perfectly balanced and harmonious.

\nConsidered by purists to be “The” Rum, Eclipse sets the benchmark for other Mount Gay rums. With its elegant amber color, it offers a luxuriantly complex aroma.

\nThe latest creation from Ma\u00eetre de Chai Allen Smith, Black Barrel is a jewel of craftsmanship. Its specific finishing process releases spicy aromas that make it both balanced and bold. This rum is a blend of single and double distillates, with a higher proportion of double distillate. It is aged a second time in charcoal-burned Bourbon casks.
