The Hotel Montalembert has been part of the history of Paris Rive Gauche for almost 90 years, and intends to remain so. For this, nothing could be better than a gentle renovation<\/strong>, to bring<\/strong> the hotel perfectly into the present and the future. <\/p>\n

Twenty-five years ago, this first boutique hotel<\/strong> became a haven for<\/strong> artists and writers, a HQ<\/strong> for Francophile North American tourists and a popular dining venue<\/strong> for others.<\/p>\n

This hotel is one of thosediscreet, refined places<\/strong> that capture the essence of an entire neighborhood, and is now celebrating its 90th anniversary.<\/p>\n

For the occasion, owner Anne Jousse wanted to recreate a major event by undertaking a renovation that was originally intended to affect only the kitchen, but in the end extended to the restaurant and all the rooms: a total makeover<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Architect and decorator Pascal Allaman was entrusted with this task, while G\u00e9raldine Prieur designed the carpets and decorated the lobby.<\/p>\n

A contemporary renovation<\/strong> that preserves its soul and myth<\/strong>. This palace with its old-world charm is enjoying a renaissance, but the story remains the same: simplicity, chic and elegance<\/strong>… <\/p>\n

The hotel, already renowned for its intimate interior, exceeds all expectations and is transformed into a Parisian cocoon<\/strong>. When visitors enter their room, it’s as if they’re coming home in the evening. The use of wood gives the room an incredible cachet and anauthentic, traditional feel<\/strong>. The magnificent ebony headboards recreate the protective cocoon<\/strong> that soothes us so much and slowly takes us to dreamland… <\/p>\n
