The Libre Forme 8 dietary rebalancing institute always accompanies me in my pregnancy follow-up.<\/p>\n

6 months of pregnancy and 6 kilos more on the scale, everything is fine, even if Fabienne, my Libre Forme 8 consultant in Paris, tells me after having taken my measurements that this month it is my buttocks that have grown and not my baby. Bad luck!<\/p>\n

Fabienne then asked me about my diet, I have to admit that my passion for sweet and fatty industrial products has taken over lately… Fabienne then explains to me through various small drawings what happens in my body after eating a food rich in fast sugar (blood sugar levels soar and I want even more sugar after 2 hours). So I have a mission, to limit sugars for a week and then weigh myself to see what result I got just by reducing the fast sugars in my diet.<\/p>\n

The result is fast, one week later without doing practically anything (except not eating ice cream and pastries) the scale shows -1 kilo. The elimination of sugar is therefore radical!<\/p>\n

I continue to limit my consumption of sugary foods that do not bring me anything (kinder, ice cream) and prefer fruit in the morning.<\/p>\n

Fortunately, Libre Forme 8 is there to help me, to boost me. Since the pregnancy my tastes have changed a bit and I find it very difficult to eat meat and vegetables which was not the case at all before. Without Fabienne’s help -and with my weak will- I think I could have easily gained 10kilos at 6 months of pregnancy instead of 6!<\/p>\n

I am therefore serenely continuing the adventure with the Parisian institute that I recommend as always if, like me, you are a gourmet and want to take care of your health and get back in shape.<\/p>\n
