Founded in 1757, Henri Abel\u00e9 has never ceased to revisit tradition with audacity and elegance… just like this limited edition created for the festive season! To celebrate the house’s 250th anniversary in 2007, Henri Abel\u00e9 drew inspiration from one of the most famous fabrics in the history of the decorative arts: toile de Jouy. The new Cuv\u00e9e Brut 2007 is thus draped in a classic yet contemporary packaging that plays on the codes of this fabric invented in 1760. <\/h6>\n
Blue drawings on a white background, originally rustic, give way to modern, cheerful illustrations based on themes dear to Henri Abel\u00e9: savoir-faire and savoir-vivre \u00e0 la fran\u00e7aise. These include strong symbols representing the house and France in general, such as the rooster, the frog and the Eiffel Tower. But also festive scenes reminding us that champagne is still emblematic of major celebrations. <\/h6>\n

 <\/p>\n

To the eye<\/span>: A beautiful straw-yellow color. Remarkably fine bubbles and a long, persistent cordon de mousse. <\/h6>\n
Nose<\/span>: The wine opens with notes of peach and apricot, joined by spicier notes of gingerbread, honey and licorice.<\/h6>\n
On the palate<\/span>: A straightforward attack, with Pinot Noir adding complexity and spicier notes. Moderate dosage preserves the freshness of this cuv\u00e9e. A subtle, elegant champagne
