In addition to standing the test of time, chrome is endowed with a brilliance that makes it a sought-after ornament. Defying tarnish and depletion, chrome is used as a luxurious shield, a steel-gray bulwark threatening the ordinary. <\/p>\n

Since the mid-1990s, the House of Azzaro has been offering the men it dresses a fresh, woody fragrance that is fast becoming a household name. A true house classic, Chrome fragrance is not only distinguished by its gray sheen: it is also colored by a fresh blue breath, giving the scent an airy weight. Ageless, from time immemorial, it has been passed down like a precious secret, a kind word of advice: a bond between father and son that Loris Azzaro was keen to celebrate. <\/p>\n

For this new version, the adjective intense is engraved in a bottle entirely revisited for the occasion. A raw material, as if extracted directly from the rocks lining the sea, the blue is darkened by a metal tube running through it, symbolizing the relationship between father and son, “bonds whose nature is stainless” for Azzaro. <\/p>\n

Intensity, defined by Azzaro, is the promise of a fragrance with deeper notes: the woody notes are more textured, the scent more deeply rooted. Not a perfume, a raw material on the skin, an alloy that reveals a darker side. Each of the notes in the original fragrance is enhanced with new ingredients to create an unprecedented freshness: a freshness that is firmly expressed by the alliance of patchouli, vetiver and papyrus. The heart of the fragrance, caramelized with cardamom, is an undiscovered aquatic treasure to be plunged into colder waters. <\/p>\n

A new chrome, a more intense man, stronger bonds. A fragrance that in no way calls into question the mutual support that exists between father and son. Model, referent: the father is just as much a model as his son for this fragrance, with its scents defying the ephemeral nature of things. <\/p>\n
