Urban Decay has just launched the : MULTIPURPOSE PRIMER PENCIL. An all-purpose pencil that will never leave your make-up bag. <\/span><\/p>\n

In fact, it’s a real must-have, as it’s truly multi-functional. It helps to smooth fine lines (around the mouth, corners of the eyes), to hold makeup in place if you apply it as a base under your lipstick or eyeshadow. It can also erase traces of mascara or liner in two seconds if you’ve gone overboard. In short, it’s the pencil to have on you at all times. <\/p>\n

The product is completely transparent and its texture is really pleasant, it’s very creamy, so application is quick and easy. Rich in nourishing jojoba oil, the skin doesn’t dry out (especially if you use it as a lip base, it’s great, especially under long-wearing lipstick, which always tends to dry out). <\/p>\n
