Behind this Chinese label is a 31-year-old designer, Zhe Shangguan, who gives his own version of the man through a wardrobe blending the traditional and the modern. Fluid, loose silhouettes, baggy Bermuda shorts worn over a shirt and a light, transparent jacket, arty prints that are both psychedelic and pixelated. We&#8217;re reminded of the Hip Hop culture coming out of the USA, with designers like Hood by Air and Craig Green. This new genre blends street culture with the desire for a comfortable, unisex wardrobe.
