The idea is simple: to mix dishes from France, where he has lived for nearly 20 years, with island flavors, to share and discover the tasty Polynesian cuisine that is still little known. <\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s a blend, a crossroads of flavors with Asian, French and Polynesian origins. Teheiura proposes dishes such as exotic duck breast, sweet potato and potato fries, chicken chips with lemon sauce and plain rice&#8230;dishes that can be found in his cookbook &#8220;Aventure Culinaire&#8221; published by Au Vent des \u00celes, released in December 2014.
