To celebrate Mother’s Day on May 25, Champagne Gosset unveils its new Cuv\u00e9e Petite Douceur Ros\u00e9, a subtle balance of sweetness and acidity that invites you to indulge.<\/p>\n

Made from 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir (including 7% reds from Bouzy and Ambonnay), this cuv\u00e9e has been patiently aged in our cellars for at least three years before disgorging. Petite Douceur Ros\u00e9 seduces with its delicate salmon-pink color and delights even the most discerning palates with the beautiful effervescence of its fine bubbles. <\/p>\n

On the nose, aromas of ripe strawberry then raspberry appear, and on the finish, as the wine warms slightly, notes of quince, orange and verbena become perceptible. The well-balanced palate is dominated by strawberry and raspberry, with pink grapefruit and lemon adding freshness to the finish. <\/p>\n

Cuv\u00e9e Petite Douceur Ros\u00e9, ideally served between 8 and 10\u00b0, is the perfect accompaniment to desserts, sweet and savory dishes or tea-time parties. Its perfectly balanced sugar content (extra-dry 17 g\/l) enhances the wine’s freshness. Raspberry or mandarin macaroons, or fruit tarts, will be charming assets for a special tasting moment. <\/p>\n
