The Brut R\u00e9serve Boussole edition is a Champagne <\/span>day <\/span>and <\/span>night<\/span>. <\/span>By day<\/span>the deep-colored sleeve adds<\/span>elegance <\/span>to the bottle, and at <\/span>night, <\/span>it makes it <\/span>shine thanks to<\/span>UV inks that react to black light<\/span>. If the container is surprising, the contents of this bottle are also a moment of gourmet discovery. <\/span>The Brut R\u00e9serve is the very expression<\/span>of the Nicolas Feuillatte style, structured and<\/span>fruity, with a beautiful delicacy.<\/span>It is aged in our cellars for a minimum of 3 years.<\/span> while legislation requires a minimum ageing period of 15 months. A range of crus are used in its composition. Reserve wines are used to maintain the quality and style of Brut from one year to the next. <\/span><\/p>\n

To the eye, a pale yellow<\/span> pale yellow color with silver <\/span>crystalline and brilliant <\/span>brilliant, with a harmonious <\/span>of fine bubbles.<\/span>
\nThe nose is <\/span>discreet at first, blending <\/span>of fresh white fruit<\/span>(apples, pears, peaches) and spices (curry, turmeric). Then <\/span>more expressive, with an evolution <\/span>on ripe fruit.<\/span>
