A temple of dreams, seduction and glamour, the Lido is offering a special Valentine’s evening on February 14.<\/p>\n

From 7pm, push open the doors of the Lido and enter the legendary venue. For this special evening, you’ll enjoy a menu combining flavors, originality and noble products to delight your taste buds. An exceptional dessert has also been created for the occasion by pastry chef Nicolas B\u00e9zier. <\/p>\n

Glass of ros\u00e9 Champagne and mini puff pastries<\/em>
\nDelicate lobster velout\u00e9 with chestnuts and chanterelles<\/em>
\nPan-fried escalope of foie gras, butternut squash, apples and grapes<\/em>
\nGolden scallops, black rice and light yuzu cream<\/em>or<\/em>
\nRoasted veal, Parisian-style gnocchi, spinach just fallen, real jus<\/em>
