Talented pastry chef Nicolas Paciello is set to make his mark on the Parisian scene this September with the opening of his own house, Nicolas Paciello P\u00e2tisserie<\/strong>. After delighting palates in prestigious establishments such as Fauchon, Crillon and Fouquet’s, Paciello is returning to his roots with a patisserie that reflects his authenticity, artisan know-how and love of sweet childhood memories. <\/p>\n\n

Back to Fundamentals<\/h3>\n\n

Born in Sarreguemines and raised in Forbach, Nicolas Paciello soon left his native Moselle for Paris, the cradle of great pastry-making. He honed his skills alongside such iconic figures as Christophe Adam and Cyril Lignac, before going on to shine as head pastry chef at Fouquet’s and co-founder of the CinqSens brand. Today, he is turning a new page, closing the CinqSens adventure to devote himself to his eponymous project. <\/p>\n\n

An Authentic and Comforting Patisserie<\/h3>\n\n

Inspired by childhood memories, Nicolas Paciello offers a comforting pastry that awakens simple pleasures. The chocolate marble, a symbol of his childhood, becomes the emblem of his new brand, visible even in the Nicolas Paciello P\u00e2tisserie logo. This iconic cake shares the shop window with other revisited classics such as flan, Paris-Brest and tarte au citron, offering a touch of surprise and creativity in every bite. <\/p>\n\n

Two Addresses for Shared Pleasure<\/h3>\n\n

Nicolas Paciello P\u00e2tisserie’s first two boutiques are set up in the former CinqSens premises in Boulogne-Billancourt and Pantin. These locations are becoming must-visit destinations for sweet lovers, where each visit promises to rediscover the simple joys of dessert and snacking. With opening hours to suit all gourmands, these addresses will quickly become landmarks for all those in search of sweet comfort. <\/p>\n\n
