Attached to Molitor&#8217;s heritage, he drew inspiration from its famous Rotonde, a listed historic monument, and the Art Deco era. <\/p>\n<p>CHRISTMAS AT MOLITOR BETWEEN EXOTICISM AND ART DECO&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>A log with pronounced flavors: coconut &amp; lemongrass, seasoned with vanilla. On a base of crispy puffed rice: coconut cookie, lemongrass cream, vanilla-lemongrass mousse and coconut chantilly balls are superimposed for an explosion of exotic flavors. A caramel glaze completes the picture. A majestic sugar canopy representing the Molitor Rotunda, resolutely Art Deco, sublimates the log, while paying a vibrant tribute to Lucien Pollet, architect of this institution that saw the light of day in 1929.
