If you love good coffee, we’ve got a new address for you. Maison Caron<\/a> has just opened its first boutique at 32, rue Notre Dame de Nazareth in Paris. This “br\u00fblerie” is somewhere between a coffee shop, a school of excellence and a coffee laboratory. <\/p>\n

With a surface area of 60 m2, it comprises two areas. Downstairs, the coffee shop lets you relax and enjoy a wonderful coffee with exceptional aromas. <\/p>\n

And upstairs, a private lounge lets you take part in tasting workshops, cup tasting, olfactory recognition or coffee, chocolate and pastry pairings. Masterclasses will also be organized throughout the year to learn how to adjust your grind, extract coffee on a percolator machine, master slow brewing or prepare a cappuccino like a real barista. <\/p>\n

Coffee is served according to a ritual specific to each appliance (V60, Chemex, vacuum coffee maker) and cold-brewed. Caffeophiles will also be able to enjoy coffee from the spectacular slow cold-brew extraction, for which they just have to wait almost 10 hours. In addition to coffee, Caron <\/a>offers all its products in this space: Caron coffee, in beans or ground to order according to the grind required and the machine used; the company’s coffee products: liqueur, jelly, topping. The range of Caron teas and infusions, including the new cascara infusion with honeyed hibiscus notes. <\/p>\n
