Recently opened, this new restaurant has taken up residence in the 9th arrondissement of Paris. With an eye-catching entrance and an evocative name, we discover a warm and welcoming place with a neat and quirky decor, inspired by farms and rural surroundings. <\/p>\n

C\u00e9dric, the manager, is in charge of the 60-cover restaurant, including 15 on the terrace. He is accompanied by Kevin, the chef, who is responsible for sublimating the fresh seasonal produce. <\/p>\n

The cuisine is artisanal, tasty and generous, with seasonal produce all year round, thanks to the diversity of the producers involved.<\/p>\n

Classic dishes include a slice of duck terrine with Armagnac and gherkins, red prairie radishes, or AOC France farmhouse pork caramelized with honey, accompanied by a choice of gratin of cauliflower with cream or pan-fried organic spinach.<\/p>\n

For our part, we chose the charcuterie and cheese platter to begin with.<\/p>\n

Then we continued with a delicious rib-eye steak with baked apples.<\/p>\n

And finally we finished with a strawberry tart.<\/p>\n
