Critizr is an independent consumer service that lets you express yourself freely and be heard. By logging on to the app, you can send your comment as easily as a tweet, and the Critizr service does the rest for you. The Critizr team personally calls the store manager to tell him or her about your comment. No more frustrations in the store! <\/p>\n

Consumers are (really) taking back the power: Critizr clearly makes life easier. A downloadable app that’s always in your pocket, so you can complain in two minutes (or via the website, so you can write your comment from the comfort of your sofa). In 100% of cases, the comment is forwarded to the manager of the venue in question, who has the choice of replying to you. Now you can take part in improving your favorite store and become a privileged customer. <\/p>\n

Restaurants, tea rooms, boutiques, fast food outlets, cinemas… Critizr lists over a million businesses in France. In every case, a merchant will answer your questions and build a customer relationship worthy of the name. Don’t hesitate to make your voice heard. <\/p>\n

Launched in August 2012 by Nicolas Hammer and Thibaut Carlier, Critizr enables consumers to send a message to any manager in France to report a problem, a compliment, ask a question or make a suggestion. Winner of the 2013 E-commerce Awards, Critizr, a young start-up based in Lille, offers a new-generation consumer service. Last spring, the company raised 400,000 euros from funds and private investors for this unique service. The success of the concept is evident, as the application is now positioned as France’s 1st independent consumer service. <\/p>\n
