\nFran\u00e7ois Perret, Chef P\u00e2tissier at the Shangri-La Hotel, Paris, has created a fun and playful Easter egg this year, revisiting these famous games in a gourmet chocolate version…
\nWe were lucky enough to test this exceptional egg, and the result is as playful as it is delicious.
\n\"Oeuf<\/a>
\nThis exceptionally long-lasting egg, in pure dark chocolate from Venezuela or milk chocolate from Madagascar, with its flowery, spicy aromas, will delight young and old alike. Garnished with Easter treats, it will delight the most discerning palates.
\nPassionate about working with chocolate in all its forms and brimming with imagination, Fran\u00e7ois Perret called on a woodturner to create perfect interlocking shapes. The woodturner fashioned a bespoke prototype, enabling the Chef to make his own molds. In this way, each piece fits together delicately and harmoniously. Children, meanwhile, can reinvent their own egg to suit their creativity and imagination!

\nThis egg will be in the spotlight from March 21 to April 6 at the ephemeral Easter boutique in the hotel’s boudoir, where gourmets can sample Fran\u00e7ois Perret’s all-chocolate creations.
\nThis year, Easter at the Shangri-La Hotel, Paris is all about gourmet pleasure, conviviality and fun!
\n“L’\u0152uf Casse-t\u00eate”, 330g – filled with chocolate Easter fritures – two versions: Carupano dark chocolate 70% or Tannea\u00ae milk chocolate 43% (100% Madagascar, cocoa beans).<\/p>\n
