Chef Herv\u00e9 Nepple, under the guidance of the Pourcel brothers, offers exquisite and surprising cuisine, the fruit of his many inspirations. The menu follows the rhythm of the seasons. This forty-something native of Is\u00e8re and Parisian by adoption has worked in some of the great Parisian restaurants: Pierre Gagnaire, Guy Savoy and Plaza Ath\u00e9n\u00e9e. Herv\u00e9 Nepple has also contributed to numerous openings such as Toi
\nand Pershing Hall. Passionate about local and Mediterranean produce, his cuisine is faithful to the philosophy of
