Sandals Royal Cura\u00e7ao<\/a> opened its doors on June 1, reinventing the way travelers discover the Dutch Caribbean. The hotel is introducing entirely new and innovative ways to explore this charming island, while encouraging guests to discover local life through partnerships, reinforcing the company’s approach to tourism and its impact on the ecosystem.

\nThe Sandals Foundation<\/a> recently teamed up with Dutch soccer team AFC Ajax to launch Future Goals<\/em> – a program that transforms fishing nets from the ocean and recycled plastic waste into soccer cages for children. The partnership kicked off last month in Cura\u00e7ao’s elementary school. <\/p>\n
