Its magnificent, fairly deep color offers an extremely fine effervescence<\/strong> that rises in regular, vertical chimneys, topped with elegant lace bubbles.<\/p>\n

The first, rather discreet nose<\/strong> opens with noble aromas of sponge cake, grapefruit, orange peel and almond.. We then perceive a more exotic character<\/strong> with passion fruit, pineapple, lime, sea cineraria and seaweed. Finally, the brioche finish whets our appetite. The nose is complex and original.<\/strong> <\/p>\n

The palate is delicate and soft<\/strong>, with an effervescence that immediately melts into the body of the wine. Its unctuous texture, particularly tasty<\/strong> and suggesting umami, gives a feeling of comfort. The acidity increases in strength as the tasting progresses, kicking off the finish. The finish<\/strong> is very long<\/strong> (over 10 seconds) and sapid<\/strong> (sweetness, salinity). It fades to a chalky minerality<\/strong> and aromas of honey and candied-fruit brioche. <\/p>\n

With its creamy texture, Paradis Brut Blanc 2013 is perfect with the most tender fish, shellfish and poultry, accompanied by creamy or buttery sauces. Langoustine is a perfect match. <\/p>\n
