For its sixth edition, the not-to-be-missed festival on the Parisian gastronomic scene Taste of Paris<\/strong><\/em> invites the Shangri-La Paris culinary orchestra to join its ranks for an ephemeral experience. The Palace’s three Chefs will be in the spotlight as they tasting of succulent and original dishes<\/strong><\/em>. <\/p>\n\n

Taste of Paris is an annual annual event<\/strong><\/em> which will take place in the ephemeral Grand Palais from September 16 to 19, 2021<\/strong><\/em>. For a weekend, the Grand Palais \u00e9ph\u00e9m\u00e8re becomes the largest restaurant in Paris, whether you’re looking for an exceptional dinner or a quick bite to eat. <\/p>\n\n

In a festive atmosphere, numerous tastings of both sweet<\/strong><\/em> as savory<\/strong><\/em> as well as a variety of activities. Masterclasses, workshops, delicatessen and discovery of fresh produce<\/strong><\/em> are all on offer. At this event, gastronomy professionals put their talent to work for the Parisian scene. This year, the Executive Chef Christophe Moret<\/strong><\/em> has the honor of taking part in the event and hosting an ephemeral restaurant, accompanied by the Chef du Shang Palace, Samuel Lee<\/strong><\/em>and Pastry Chef Maxence Barbot<\/strong><\/em>. <\/p>\n\n
