ACM\u00c9 gin showcases the diversity of aromatic plants and owes its unique style to an original recipe featuring fir buds selected not only for their quality, but also for their taste. These fir buds are hand-picked in the mountains of France. Super-premium, this new “made in France” gin is distinguished above all by its unique personality: a profile of great freshness and rare intensity. <\/p>\n
Combined with 11 carefully selected aromatic plants, these wild buds are ACM\u00c9’s aromatic signature: complex and delicate, intense and fresh. In addition to the choice of original botanicals, ACM\u00c9 stands out for its French and local production methods. This new French gin is distilled in a traditional copper still in Thuir, in the heart of the Pyr\u00e9n\u00e9es Orientales. <\/p>\n
Before this distillation stage, the 12 aromatic plants – juniper berries, coriander seeds, wormwood, gentian root, lemon thyme, iris root, licorice, green anise, angelica and sweet orange peel, pine bud and fir bud, ACM\u00c9’s signature aromatic plant – are infused for around 15 hours to reveal the full power of their aromas.<\/p>\n
