Champagne Charpentier’s Terre d’\u00c9motion Brut V\u00e9rit\u00e9 is a champagne of purity and elegance, reflecting the unique terroir of the Marne Valley. This complex, finely fruity blend is the fruit of Jean-Marc Charpentier’s expertise and passion, capturing the essence of his terroir in every bottle. <\/p>\n\n

This champagne comes from a selection of prestigious plots, including Les Gouverneuses, Les Chauffours and Les Ha\u00efes. It is composed of 70% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot Noir and 15% Pinot Meunier, from marl-limestone soils on a subsoil of soft Lutetian limestone, giving the wine a distinct minerality. <\/p>\n\n

The vineyard is in full conversion to Organic Agriculture, and has been practicing biodynamic viticulture since 2009. This natural approach is complemented by Jean-Marc Charpentier’s expertise in agronomy, combining sensitivity and intuition to work in harmony with his vineyard. <\/p>\n\n

Terre d’\u00c9motion Brut V\u00e9rit\u00e9 is carefully vinified. The grapes are harvested by hand, with rigorous sorting, and fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Reserve wines are aged in old Champagne and Burgundy oak barrels, bringing complexity and richness to the champagne. <\/p>\n\n

After 60 months’ ageing on laths, this champagne is disgorged 6 to 10 months before shipping, with a dosage of 6.5 g\/l. The wine is corked with a technological natural cork, guaranteeing its quality and purity. <\/p>\n\n

Terre d’\u00c9motion Brut V\u00e9rit\u00e9 has a yellow-gold color with green highlights, fine, creamy bubbles and a fine, gourmand nose. On the palate, the champagne is chiseled and mineral, with impressive length and hints of dulce chocolate. <\/p>\n\n

This champagne is ideal as an aperitif or with refined dishes, served at a temperature between 8 and 10\u00b0C. It represents the purity and sincerity of a naturally revealed terroir, a true testimony to the expression of Champagne’s terroir. <\/p>\n\n
