While Maison Foucade is already a hit with health-conscious gourmets, who love its French-style pastries crafted according to the rules of Haute P\u00e2tisserie and “Healthy Food” (beautiful raw ingredients, no additives, gluten-free, very little sugar and fat, plant-based milks), its savory offerings are also worth a detour… For lunch on weekdays and brunch on Saturdays, Foucade is the new chic and healthy cantine in the Madeleine district. Using the finest seasonal vegetables, wholegrain cereals, fragrant herbs and seaweed, Foucade’s lunch dishes are nuggets of flavor with a perfect nutritional balance. Every day, two to three starters and two to three main courses are prepared according to the daily intake: Chili Sin Carne, Millet Couscous, Red Bean Steak, Snacked Wild Red Rice Risotto, Polenta Finger with Diced Ratatouille, Eggplant Cannelloni or Cauliflower Tabbouleh: The palate savors and the stomach celebrates, because it’s not every day that you get to enjoy gourmet, inventive vegetarian dishes that make you feel good! And for a sweet finish to the meal, head to the pastry counter to choose your sweet treat.
