This is the story of Kate, so British and a great lover of French cheeses.
\nBased in the middle of nowhere<\/i> in the Paris suburbs, she decided to set out to reconquer the local retail market… in a digital version.<\/span><\/p>\n

His mission: to deliver good cheeses from artisan producers to all those who are in a rush, or who aren’t lucky enough to have a decent artisan cheesemaker close to home.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

In France, less than 4% of cheese is bought from cheese shops, markets or small producers.<\/span>

Mature cheeses are available on platters or \u00e0 la carte, with matching accompaniments, drinks and accessories. For special occasions (weddings, cocktail parties, seminars…) Kate also offers all-cheese “pi\u00e8ces mont\u00e9es” to add a touch of “English” elegance. <\/span><\/p>\n

Her offer also takes the form of a monthly subscription. Delivered in a box with a tasting booklet, Kate’s cheeses are accompanied by treats to enjoy with the cheeses (jams, cookies, drinks…). All ready to serve. <\/span><\/p>\n

Travelling cheeses? What about freshness? <\/b>
\nTo preserve the cold chain all the way to the customer and ensure deliveries even on Saturday mornings, Kate entrusts its gift boxes to Chronofresh.<\/span>. This new express delivery service for fresh produce guarantees preservation between 0 and 4\u00b0C.
