DEFAIENCE<\/strong> PRESENTS THEIR FW22 COLLECTION :<\/p>\n

SERIES 01 – FAVENTIA<\/strong><\/p>\n

DEFAIENCE<\/strong>, the project conceived by Nicola Bacchilega<\/strong> reaches its second SERIES 01 – FAVENTIA Fall Winter 2022\/23<\/strong> collection. The name of the collection takes up the ancient Roman name of Faenza, which means “Favorite City”. thanks to its strategic position connecting to Rome and its proximity to water. <\/p>\n

Water is the dominant element of the collection: it gives shape to “La Cruche<\/strong>” bag inspired by a Renaissance jug and gives the dominant color, the blue ‘de Fa\u00efence’, traditionally associated to the majolica from Faenza. The silhouettes recall the harmonious shapes of the vases, elements of rupture and sensuality. <\/p>\n

The project highlights the research work on materials, the result of innovative and sustainable<\/strong> choices, linked to a unique know-how<\/strong> that resides in the hands of the artisans in Faenza. The knitwear is made with virgin wool and mohair from Italian production. The structured garments are produced with regenerated wool yarns. The accessories – bracelets and earrings – are made with 3D printing<\/strong> technology that allows to transform ceramic sculptures into lightweight extruded ultra-light resin pieces. <\/p>\n\n\t\t
