THE COLLABORATION OF 19 COMMITTED VINE GROWERS <\/strong>
\n19 winegrowers, alongside Domaines R\u00e9my Martin, participated in the creation of L’\u00c9tape. This unique blend is a singular Fine Champagne cognac reflecting the personalities of men and women committed to sustainable agriculture. <\/strong>The terroir of Grande and Petite Champagne is at the heart of their concerns: the vine, the cycle of the seasons, the climate, the environment, and the way in which this ecosystem is preserved for future generations. The 19 winegrowers who produce the eaux-de-vie have been deeply committed to sustainable agriculture for many years. They have all obtained “Haute Valeur Environnementale” (“HVE”) certification, a label awarded by the French Ministry of Agriculture in recognition of the implementation of sustainable agricultural practices. <\/p>\n
