It is a complex blend of P\u00efnot Noir and Chardonnay plots from our 35 localities, picked and vinified separately for their highly distinctive expression of the MAILLY Champagne Grand Cru terroir. After a long stay in the cellar, where it blossoms and becomes supple, it can be savored like an open book. Its history tells of the richness of Les Baraquines, Les Coutures, Dessus les Godats, Les Crayats… Deep golden color. Generous, gourmet aromas of ripe fruit, dried fruit and pastries. The heart of the wine is invigoratingly unctuous.
