The grapes come from a plot-by-plot selection on the hillside and, depending on the vintage, young vines from the Ch\u00e2teau La Gaffeli\u00e8re hillsides may also be added. Vinification and ageing take place in a special vat room and cellar.  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Made from a blend of 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc, Clos La Gaffeli\u00e8re 2018 is a full-bodied, fruity wine with notes of blackcurrant and black cherry.
