\n<\/em>THE EMBLEMATIC COGNAC <\/strong>FROM THE HOUSE OF HINE<\/strong><\/p>\n

An orchard bathed in low September sunlight. It’s 6 p.m. and the air is still warm with a gentle breeze. The atmosphere is reminiscent of Van Gogh’s Arles, with the warm voice of Cesaria Evora as the soundtrack. Aromas of roasted nectarines, ripe apricots and melon awaken a first sip as sweet as brioche. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Rare<\/strong><\/em> is the classic Hine expression of delicacy and smoothness. An anchor and reference point for all the House’s cognacs, <\/strong>
\n Rare<\/strong>
\n<\/em> reinterprets the fruity flavors that characterize white wines from the Charente vineyards, particularly Grande and Petite Champagne, the Appellation’s two Premiers Crus.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Since 1989<\/strong><\/p>\n

After numerous tastings, Bernard Hine, the sixth generation since Thomas Hine, created this new cuv\u00e9e in 1989, which he named ” Rare & Delicate<\/em> ” in homage to the delicate style of Hine cognacs.
\nRare & Delicate<\/em> is a blend of some twenty eaux-de-vie from Fine Champagne grapes, made with the strictest respect for the rules laid down by previous generations, it reflects meticulous selection and delicate ageing.<\/p>\n

Rare & D\u00e9licate<\/em> is presented in the famous Hine faceted bottle, a replica of a crystal decanter given to Bernard’s father Robert Hine for his wedding in 1938.<\/p>\n
